Shipping policy

For non-custom products: At Elysian Glam, we understand that you want to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. In order to make sure you have maximum satisfaction, we take the processing time of each order serious!

Each order, no matter what shipping time you select will take 2-3 business days to process. For wefts, closures, and Elysian Glam accessories, after the processing time, it will ship from our Elysian Glam facility in 1-3 business days. Once the products ship from our facility, depending on the shipping time you selected and the courrier, your order can take 1 to 10 days to arrive at your location. With these times calculated, from the time you place your order to the time it gets to your door can take 5 to 14 business days to arrive. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Understanding Overnight Shipping If you need it sooner, you should select overnight shipping, taking into consideration that there is a 2-3 business day processing time, and we will ship from our facility after that processing time. The overnight shipping selection is for how quickly the shipping courier will ship to you once the package is in their possession.

If you need your hair non-custom wig products sooner, prior to ordering, you can reach out to us at contact@elysianglamhair.com and allow for 24 business hours for us to respond.

If you place an order prior to confirming that we can process it in the expedited time needed, you are risking that we cannot meet those demands. Any order cancellations need to be made within 36 hours of ordering. Once the order is shipped, only a store credit is available once we receive the product back in the same packaging and condition we shipped the product within 3 business days. You, the customer, is responsible for return shipping costs.

Ordering Custom Wigs: At Elysian Glam, we pride ourselves in giving each custom order the attention to detail it deserves. Due to this, we take 2-3 business days to process each custom order. During this process, we review that we have all of the necessary information to meet your custom order expectations. If you have any other notes that you would like to add to your custom order that will help the execution of your custom order, please add this to the notes section upon checkout.

After the 2-3 business days of processing, we will begin creating your custom wig. Once we begin constructing your wig, there will be NO REFUNDS. Due to the customization, these wigs are not transferable to another individual offering the same level of satisfaction.

Custom wigs take 7 business days to construct. After which, you will receive an email update that we are shipping your item.

Expedited Shipping of Custom Wigs: Due to the nature of custom wigs, we do not expedite the process of creating your wig for less than 5 business days. Please plan accordingly. If you selected overnight shipping, please understand that the overnight shipping is for once the shipping courrier receives the package. For overnight shipping, once the courier has received your package, the courier is responsible for shipping the product to you overnight.

Shipping Cost Calculations:

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your package, the distance being shipped, and how quickly you would like to receive your package. When getting a refund, shipping cost is not refunded.
