We recommend always using a professional heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to maximize longevity.

Are your products made to order?

Yes.

Every Elysian Glam order is prepared specifically for you.

Rather than pulling products from warehouse inventory, each order is thoughtfully prepared to ensure it reflects the Elysian Glam Standard.

How long does production take?

Our current production timelines are:

Raw Hair Bundles - 2–3 weeks

Install Sets - 2–3 weeks

Closures - 2–3 weeks

Microlinks - 2–3 weeks

Custom Wigs - Approximately 4 weeks

Why does my order take longer than other hair companies?

Our collections are intentionally prepared to order rather than mass-produced.

Because production begins quickly and many products are prepared specifically for each client, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
