Raw Hair Collections: 2–3 weeks
Custom Wigs: Approximately 4 weeks
Color Customization: May require additional production time
Production begins after your order has been confirmed.
Shipping estimates begin only after production has been completed.
7. Shipping
Shipping timelines, carrier responsibilities, and delivery expectations are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
