Production Timeline

Because every order is prepared specifically for you, please allow the following production times before shipment:

If you've selected a custom color service, additional production time of several business days may be required to complete your customization.

Why Our Process Takes Time

  • Carefully package your order for shipment

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has completed production and ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Shipment status updates

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping confirmation is received.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout when applicable.

Address Accuracy

Elysian Glam is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee address updates once production or shipping has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we'll gladly assist by opening an investigation with the carrier when appropriate.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location

  • Asking members of your household

  • Contacting neighbors or your property management

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

International Shipping

If international shipping is available for your location, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their country's customs agency.

These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping charges and vary by destination.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every Elysian Glam order is prepared specifically for each customer, we begin production quickly.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once production has begun.
