Because our collections are made to order using authentic raw hair, we maintain a return policy that protects both the integrity of our products and the investment of every client we serve.

Our Commitment

Before every order leaves our studio, it undergoes a careful quality inspection to ensure it meets the Elysian Glam Standard for authenticity, craftsmanship, consistency, and presentation.

This reflects our commitment to keeping promises and delivering an experience rooted in assurance.

Return Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products and industry hygiene standards, all Elysian Glam sales are considered final.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Raw Hair Bundles

  • Install Sets

  • Wigs

  • Closures

  • Microlinks

  • Custom Color Services

  • Special Order Products

  • Any product that has been opened, altered, installed, worn, brushed, washed, colored, chemically treated, or otherwise used

This policy helps ensure every client receives authentic, unused luxury hair.

If There Is an Issue With Your Order

While returns are generally not accepted, we stand behind the quality of every order.

If you believe you've received:

  • The incorrect product

  • A damaged shipment

  • A manufacturing defect

  • An item missing from your order

Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the original packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Manufacturing Concerns

Authentic raw hair naturally varies from bundle to bundle.

Variations in:

  • Natural wave pattern

  • Texture

  • Density

  • Color tone

  • Individual strand characteristics

are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

These natural characteristics are part of what makes authentic raw hair unique.

Color Variations

Because our collections are made from authentic raw hair, slight differences in natural color may occur between bundles.

Screen settings, photography, and lighting may also affect how colors appear online.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom services—including color customization and other personalized modifications—are created specifically for your order.

For this reason, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after your order has entered production.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Elysian Glam.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional product exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our collections.

If an issue qualifies for replacement, our Customer Care team will provide instructions based on your specific situation.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned to Elysian Glam because of:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to claim a package

  • Carrier return due to customer error

may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
